We are WINPROFIL. We combine the experience of our people with modern machinery to turn the requirements of each project into carefully installed aluminium constructions.
We take on windows and doors, pergolas, curtain walls, atriums and special architectural constructions. We work with private clients, architects, engineers and contractors, from designing the solution to manufacturing and installing it.

WINPROFIL operates from its own premises: 1,600 m² of facilities on a 3,500 m² plot. Our team of 40 people and our fleet of 9 trucks support day-to-day operations, production and the delivery of our projects.

Manufacturing Execution System
Production management system (MES)
Our in-house production management system tracks every window and door through the factory. Traceability, work times and statistics give the team the data to plan and improve production.
03 / DIGITAL DESIGN
Pro F2
This is where jobs are entered and windows are built digitally in 3D. The design organises the data of every construction and prepares the information production needs. The screenshots show a casement and a sliding window with their profile sections.
04 / LINK TO THE MACHINE
ProF2Cam
Links the Pro F2 digital design to the machine. The preview shows the machining on the profile, and the data goes straight to the equipment, carrying the information from the office to the shop floor.

Our aluminium cutting and machining equipment meets the demands of each design. Automation works together with the technical experience and checks of our people.
FOM LMT 650
30 m line length16 CNC axes
At the core of our production is the FOM LMT 650, the only line of this model in Greece. At 30 metres long with 16 different CNC axes, it machines the individual parts of each window in an organised workflow. Its link to our digital design carries the project data straight through to the machining of the profiles.
FLEN · 7-metre CNC
The 7-metre FLEN CNC extends the factory's machining capabilities. It handles large parts and applications with special dimensions and requirements.
KEOPE · Five-axis saw
It makes simultaneous cuts in two directions at different angles. This serves complex geometries for atriums, curtain walls and large or special windows, where the cuts determine a correct fit.
Corner crimpers
Corner crimping machines assemble and join the corners of the frames. They complete the machining of the profiles, with an emphasis on geometry and structural stability.
Automatic CNC cutters
They carry out cutting to length and secondary cuts as production requires, preparing materials to the required dimensions and keeping work flowing to assembly.

We connect design, production planning and installation in a single process. We value clear communication, the requirements of each application and the right order of work.
